Alex has been practicing yoga steadily since 2014 and has been climbing off and on since 2016. She loves the balance that yoga and climbing bring to the body through strength and flexibility, as well as the ease they bring to the mind through pin-pointed focus and necessary internal awareness and proprioception.
Alex received her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in May 2023 with Portland Yoga Project. Since then, she has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes to a wide range of people with varying experience and mobility.
