    For Hannah, yoga is a collection of several practices that serve a balanced and happy life: play, movement, breath, devotion, surrender, connection, and celebration!

    Yoga became a part of her life around 2008 as a means of healing from injuries sustained from years of dancing. Over the past decade, Hannah has trained with teachers from many lineages and styles including power vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, and aerial yoga. She describes herself as a forever student, and is grateful to share a practice that she has found to be rehabilitative. Hannah’s vinyasa classes are powerful and challenging, yet playful and nurturing. Her restorative classes are nourishing and sweet, with a focus on inward connection. In addition to teaching yoga, Hannah spends her time as a professional counselor and an amateur outdoor fun seeker.
